No you don’t need an account.
Can I save a product on my account?
No you cannot.
How do I know you have received my order?
After you have placed your order you will get a confirmation email from us, telling you that we have received your order.
What is the delivery cost?

What is the delivery time?
It differs between countries. Normally, it takes between 1-3 working days.
To which countries can I order, online?
You can order to any country that you want. Please look at Terms & Conditions to see which rules apply for your country.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will get a link from Postnord or UPS in an email or text to track your order.
Can I change my order after I have received the confirmation email?
No, you cannot.
Can I change the delivery address after I have placed the order?
No, you cannot. It is very important that you check carefully to ensure that all the information is correct before placing an order.
Are my products automatically saved in the shopping basket?
If you put a product in the basket and then leave the page, it will disappear.
Can I buy a gift card?
No, that is not possible, for now.
Can I pick up my order at a Stenströms store?
No, you cannot. Your order will be sent to your chosen delivery address.

Can I order a Custom Made shirt online?
No, you cannot, but you can go to any store that sells Stenströms and order there.

Where are your products produced?
We have our own factory in Estonia where most of our men’s shirts are produced. We produce all men’s shirts, as well as most of our blouses and knitted garments, in Europe. Cashmere and silk garments are produced in China.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

PAYMENT & RETURNS
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club.
For how long do I have purchase on approval?
30 days from the day you place your order.
How do I send back my returns?
In your package you will find a return sheet. Put the garment neatly in the box with the return sheet, make sure that the box is properly closed, and then put the return label with Stenströms address on the box. Finally, take the package to your post office or call UPS. It is important that you fill in the return sheet correctly and explain why you want to return your garment. If you ordered more than one item, please clearly indicate which one you want to return.
What is the price for sending back my order?
It differs depending on where you live. In Sweden, return shipping is free of charge. To check your country, see Terms & Conditions.
I forgot to put the return ticket in the package. What will happen?
Contact customer service and they will try to help you identify your order, but it is important that you put everything in the package.
How long does it take before I get my money back, after a return?
Our goal is that you will get your money within 14 days after we have received your package.
Can I exchange my return for another product?
No, you cannot. If you want to change you have to place a new order.
Can I return a product I ordered at a store that sells Stenströms or to another webshop that sells Stenströms?
No you have to return your garment to the same shop or webshop where you made the purchase.
How do I return a damaged product?
On the return sheet, tick the box where it says “Damage”. Then, send the product back to us.
