Processing of personal data:

Personal data is provided and collected before and in connection with the initiation of a new customer / supplier / employee / partner relation, signing of an agreement or in other contacts with a customer / supplier / employee / partner. The data is processed by Stenströms for administration and delivery of entered agreements, and for Stenströms to be able to fulfill its obligations under law.

Commonly-occurring personal data being processed:

Organization, organization number, name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery and
billing address. Social security numbers are also processed for employees.

Sharing information:
Stenströms sometimes uses subcontractors to fulfill our obligations to customers / suppliers / employees / partners according to agreement. It may involve some special skills required, IT / telephone service, payroll or a transportation service to deliver physical products. If a subcontractor processes the personal data of a customer / supplier / employee / partner, the subcontractor must comply with the Data Protection Regulation and treat these personal data only in accordance with our instructions (Personal Data Contract).

Transmission to other countries:

Stenströms delivers its products and services mainly within the EU / EEA.

We always strive to process your personal data within the EU / EEA area. In cases where your data should be used outside the EU, such as by one of our service providers, we always ensure that there are safeguards, such as data transfer agreement, in place so that the recipients treat the data in the same safe manner as we do.

At Stenströms, we have appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to protect personal data of our customers / suppliers / employees / partners against unauthorized access, diversification, alteration and destruction.
