§1. General
The following Terms & Conditions ("Agreement" as below) apply to all orders placed through our website. AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik (Corp. ID No. 556004-5378) is the seller. In this agreement the purchasing entity is referred to as the "Customer". These Terms & Conditions apply on orders placed by individuals 18 years of age or older and on sales comprising merchandise ("products" as below).  Place your order easily at https://www.stenstroms.com ("Website" as below).

The terms of this agreement do not apply to purchases made prior to 13 June 2014. For clarity, the date in the page header applies. If the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement have been changed, an expiry date is also stated.  If an expiry date is stated, the Agreement is valid until midnight on the day the Agreement is no longer valid.  When placing an order, you, as a customer, will be asked to accept these Terms & Conditions.
If the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement, or parts thereof, deviate from binding legislation, it will cease to apply unless beneficial to the customer. This will only apply if the customer is an individual and the purchase is of a private character.

§2. Placing an order
You can easily place your order at AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik. We offer secure payment alternatives and delivery. AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik will register your order when you click the "Place Order" button during checkout (step 1 out of 1).  By clicking the "Place Order" button, you accept responsibility for payment for your order. When AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik has received your order an “Order confirmation” email will be sent to the email address you used for placing your order.  For an even quicker way to place an order, we offer you, the customer, the possibility to order as a guest, without the need to log in at https://www.stenstroms.com. When you click the "Place Order" button, you have entered into an agreement with the Seller.

§3. Prices and fees
For Sweden:
Prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including value added tax (VAT) according to the applicable tax rate.  If VAT applies to the purchase, 25% will be debited.

For Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Finland:
Prices are in euros (EUR) including value added tax (VAT) according to the applicable tax rate. If VAT applies to the purchase, the local (VAT) rate will be debited.

For Denmark:
Prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including value added tax (VAT) according to the applicable tax rate. If VAT applies to the purchase, the local (VAT) rate will be debited.

For Norway:
Prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including value added tax (VAT) according to the applicable tax rate. If VAT applies to the purchase, the local (VAT) rate will be debited. Fees for customs duties are included.

For Great Britain:
Prices are in British pounds sterling (GBP) including value added tax (VAT) according to the applicable tax rate. If VAT applies to the purchase, the local VAT rate will be debited.

For Switzerland
Prices are in Swiss franc (CHF) excluding value added tax (VAT) according to the applicable tax rate. Fees for customs duties are included, VAT may apply.

For other EU countries:
Prices are in Euros (EUR) including value added tax (VAT) according to the applicable tax rate. If VAT applies to the purchase, the Swedish VAT rate will be debited.

For USA
Prices are given in United States dollars (USD) excluding sales tax. Fees for customs duties are included, sales tax may apply.

For Canada:
Prices are given in Canadian dollars (CAD) excluding sales tax. Fees for customs duties are included, sales tax may apply.

For other countries:
Prices are given in Euro (EUR) excluding value added tax (VAT). Depending on country, fees for customs duties and value added tax may apply.

Shipping charges may apply for each order, see §7. Delivery for more information.

Fees for unclaimed packages.
For packages that are not claimed as agreed, customers will be debited as follows:
Sweden: SEK 249 including VAT.
Denmark & Norway: DKK/NOK 200 including VAT.
EU: EUR 25 including VAT.
Great Britain: 25 GBP including VAT.
Switzerland: CHF 25 excluding VAT.
USA: USD 35 excluding sales tax (VAT).
Canada: CAD 25 excluding sales tax (VAT).
Other countries: EUR 25 excluding VAT.

This fee is necessary, since it covers handling and shipping costs that arise. Please note that if you do not receive or retrieve a package, it does not mean that you have notified us that you have withdrawn your order. For more information, see §8. Return policy, below.

Fee for prepaid return label

A fee for use of the prepaid return label will be debited as follows:
Sweden: SEK 0
Denmark & Norway: DKK/NOK 100 including VAT.
EU: EUR 10 including VAT.
Great Britain: 10 GBP including VAT.
Switzerland: CHF 10 excluding VAT.
USA: USD 35 excluding sales tax.
Canada: CAD 25 excluding sales tax.
Other countries: EUR 20 excluding VAT.
Special offers
Special offers, campaigns and promotions on the website are valid as long as the stock lasts and if no other conditions are stated in connection with the offer.

§4. Products and range
All products offered on the website are adapted for use on the Swedish market. This means that all products comply with, among other requirements, Swedish environmental requirements and safety regulations. Normally, if required for use of the product, instructions in Swedish are included with the product. Technical specifications, special requirements with respect to accessories and information concerning limitations and tags are stated on the respective product page where required by law.

Colour reproduction in product images
The product images shown on this website will render the product colour and other characteristics as accurately as possible.  Because colour reproduction can vary depending on the type of monitor you use, we cannot guarantee that the products' colours accurately reflect the colours you see on your screen.

§5. Payment
Credit card payment with BAMBORA
AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik offers card payment via our payment partner BAMBORA, which is PCI DSS certified.  Your card details are transmitted and stored securely in an encrypted form.  The card will be debited when the customer completes the order. Card payment is possible with the following card types:

-VISA
-MasterCard
-Paypal

For Sweden, Norway and Finland
AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik uses Klarna Checkout (Klarna AB, organization number 556737-0431) for handling payments. Invoice payment is a preferred payment option, but you can also choose a payment with Klarna account, Klarna card payment (VISA, Mastercard & AMEX) and Klarna direct payment.

§6. Fulfilment of the agreement
AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik will begin to fulfil this agreement when you click the "Place Order" button at check-out. AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik has fulfilled its commitment with respect to this agreement when you have received complete delivery of the the products you have ordered. As a customer, you have fulfilled your commitment with respect to this agreement when you have made full payment and received complete delivery of the products you have ordered in the manner agreed.

§7. Delivery
Products are delivered directly to the address you have given when placing your order, or via our logistics partners. AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik dispatches orders on non-holiday weekdays.
Inventory status indicates whether the product is in stock at the time of ordering. General delivery times are stated below. If the order refers to products with differing inventory status, the products will be delivered separately.

Delivery time:
If the delivery times stated below are not valid for a purchase and if no delivery time has been agreed under this agreement, AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik will complete the delivery without due delay no later than 30 days from the date the agreement has been entered into. If you choose to pay in advance, AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik reserves the right to await receipt of payment before commencing delivery of your order.

Shipping method Sweden: MyPack via Posten (Swedish postal service) (Standard freight)
MyPack parcels are delivered 1-2 non-holiday weekdays from the date on which the order has been dispatched from AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik's warehouse. You will receive notification as to when you can pick up your parcel at the delivery point. If you have chosen to receive text-message notification, you will be notified as to when you can pick up your parcel at the delivery point.  MyPack parcels must be retrieved from the delivery point no later than 14 days from the notification date. Parcels that have not been retrieved will be returned to AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik, in which case you, as the customer, will be debited a return fee of SEK 249, including VAT. MyPack is a trackable/traceable parcel delivery alternative.


Delivery on rural postal delivery routes and in sparsely populated areas
If your delivery address is on a rural postal delivery route or in a remote area without a normal bridge link, the delivery time may be prolongded by 2-3 non-holiday weekdays.
Shipping method Europe, USA, Canada and other countries: Parcel via UPS (Standard freight)
Parcels are delivered 2-5 non-holiday weekdays from the date on which the order has been dispatched from AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik's warehouse. Parcels are delivered to the door; three delivery attempts are included. If further delivery attempts are made, you may be debited. Therefore, always contact UPS if you are unable to receive delivery at the appointed time. Parcels that cannot be delivered will be returned to AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik, in which case you, as the customer, will be debited for a return fee as follows:


Sweden: SEK 249 including VAT.
Denmark & Norway: DKK/NOK 200 including VAT.
EU: EUR 25 including VAT.
Great Britain: 25 GBP including VAT.
Switzerland: CHF 25 excluding VAT.
USA: USD 35 excluding sales tax.
Canada: CAD 25 excluding sales tax.
Other countries: EUR 25 excluding VAT.

Delivery delay
If there is a delay in delivery that is significant for you, as the customer, you are entitled to withdraw from the agreement at no cost; or, if AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik cannot ensure a delivery time that is satisfactory to you, as the customer, and you have notified AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik of this prior to entering into the agreement. In the event that the purchase refers to a product that is to be adapted, manufactured or specially acquired according to the customer's requests and AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik cannot accept the product in return without suffering significant loss, the customer is only entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement if the purchase is significantly impaired due to the delay and AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik was aware or ought to have been aware of this.
Transportation risk
Risk pertaining to the consignment is transferred to you when it has been delivered to you. This means that AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik is responsible for transport risk until the consignment has reached you.


§8. Return policy
Right of withdrawal 
Customers who agree to this agreement as a private person are entitled to withdraw from the agreement in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).  The right of withdrawal is not applicable to customers who entered into this agreement as a trader.  The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days (withdrawal period), the time is counted from the date on which you, as a customer, have received delivery.  The right of withdrawal entitles the customer to inspect the goods and return them in case the customer regrets his or her purchase.  Once the customer has returned his or her purchase, he or she has the right to recover payment that has been made, provided that the customer has not used the products to a greater extent than is necessary to inspect them.  When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer shall notify AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik, and then return all products that the order covers to AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik without undue delay, but no later than 14 days.  In the event of return of goods, the customer will always assume freight charges.

Once the customer has notified AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik of his or her intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik will make a refund without undue delay, but no later than 14 days, provided that AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik received the products returned by the customer or if the customer submitted proof of return.  To the extent that it is technically possible, the refund is made with the same payment method as the customer used. Any impairment deductions and deductions for shipping, if the customer has chosen an alternative other than standard freight, may be made on the refund. If the customer uses the prepaid return label on return, the applicable fee for return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Deduction for usage at repurchase 
If the customer has handled the products more than is necessary to inspect them and the handling has caused a decrease in value of the products; for example, the value of the products may decrease through wear and tear.  In these cases, the customer is liable to pay AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik for fair value reduction.  An assessment of the actual depreciation in line with current market practice is made by AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik in each case.  The following deduction levels are only examples of the calculation bases applied when calculating the depreciation.  AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik's assessment is always based on an overall perspective.

Level 1. If the product exhibits a slight wear or tear, such as a minor scratch:
20% in impairment loss
Level 2. -If the product exhibits noticeable wear or deterioration, such as clear repairs or damage:   40% in impairment loss
Level 3. -If the product shows damage to the product that affects the product's function:
60% in impairment loss
Level 4. -If the product exhibits severe damage to the product and / or severe wear or deterioration of the product:  80% in impairment loss
Level 5. -If the product is in such a condition that it is deemed unsuitable or that a repair is not economically justifiable:
100% in impairment loss

Damage to product packaging
In case the product packaging is missing or exhibits such damage that it cannot be reused: 10% in impairment loss.

Purchase on approval for 30 days
You are entitled to return the product within 30 days of delivery. During the purchase-on-approval period AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik will refund the customer for the amount paid for the products. When exercising the right to purchase on approval, the customer will assume the cost for return shipping. Costs for other services will not be reimbursed by AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik.

The following terms apply to purchase on approval:
- the product must not have been used and must be undamaged
- the original packaging must be undamaged

§9. Complaints and warranty

Warranty
According to Consumer Sales Act (1990:932) and the Consumer Services Act (1985:716), a customer who has purchased a product as an individual has the right to return the product if it is faulty.  The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects and applies for three years after the product has come into your possession.  The warranty also covers defects that have occurred during transport of the product to you (see below). A product that differs from the product agreed upon between you, the customer, and AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik, or in another way exhibits deviances can also be regarded as defect.  Defects that have occurred because of damage that you have inflicted do not constitute manufacturer’s defects.


If you issue a complaint regarding a faulty product more than six months after the product has come into your possession, it is also your responsibility to demonstrate that the product’s fault is a manufacturer’s defect.  AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik therefore recommends that you thoroughly examine products upon delivery and notify us about any faults as soon as you find them.  If you issue a complaint regarding a faulty product, you, as a customer, are primarily entitled to have the fault corrected and secondarily entitled to have your product replaced with a product that is free of defects.  In some cases, you are also entitled to cancel the agreement and have your payment refunded.  If your claim is approved, you will not be accountable for any costs arising because of the complaint.  For example, shipping costs for returning a faulty product will be reimbursed by AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik. Please note that you, as a customer, should minimize, as far as possible, any costs that may arise when a product is found to be faulty. In the event of a complaint, each party shall return without undue delay what it has received; in the event that AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik is to undertake re-delivery, the customer is entitled to retain the defective product until the customer has received delivery of a product that is free of defects.

§10. Returns
When returning products or materials to AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik the items must be adequately packaged such that they are protected during transport. AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik therefore recommends that you always package the product in the same manner and with the same/similar packaging as when the products were delivered to you.  In the event that you wrapped or packaged products in a substandard manner and the product is damaged during shipping to AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik, you, as a customer, are responsible for the damage.
Upon the return of products to AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik, the customer is responsible for the products reaching AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik undamaged.  AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik recommends that customers use traceable shipping on return.

Return with prepaid return label
Included with each consignment is a prepaid return label which you should use when returning items to AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik. Affix the prepaid return label to the package that is to be returned. A fee for use of the prepaid return label will be debited, as specified under §3. Prices and fees in these terms of purchase. No fee for the return label will be debited if the return is made on the basis of an approved claim.

Refunds
If the customer wishes to return products when exercising the right to purchase on approval, or on the basis of an approved claim, AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik will refund money without undue delay.

§11. Disclaimers
Right of cancellation
AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the customer has failed to act in good faith owing to errors or defects of which the customer is aware, or ought to have been aware, such as incorrect information concerning on the website price or quantity. In such event, the customer is not entitled to damages or other compensation from AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik.

Liability
AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik shall be deemed exempt from all obligations under this agreement if liability would otherwise have arisen due to events which are beyond the agreement, Stenströms Skjortfabrik's business or as otherwise provided by mandatory law.

§12. Discharge from liability
Force Majeure
In the event of government action or failure, new legislation, labour law conflict, war or risk of war, greater public order disruption, sabotage, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, natural disaster, accident or other circumstance beyond AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik's control and which could not reasonably have been overcome or foresee, AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik shall be entitled to waive its obligations under this agreement.  In such event, AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik shall not be liable for damages suffered by the customer.

Reservation for changes in tax and fees
AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik has the right to cancel the agreement in the event of significant tax or fee changes which are of major importance to the terms of this agreement.  In such event, the customer is not entitled to damages or other compensation from AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik.

Reservation for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik's control
If there is a delay in delivery due to events beyond AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik's control, AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik shall not be held liable for damage resulting from such delay in delivery.  In such event, the customer is not entitled to damages or other compensation from AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik unless otherwise agreed by AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik and the customer or if required under mandatory provisions of the law.

§13. Personal data and confidentiality
Personal information, such as name and email address, or other documentation which the customer submits to AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik will be collected and stored in digital format. AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik will collect and treat all personal data in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act. Customer information will be used by AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik to enable and ensure fulfilment of the purchasing agreement and for marketing purposes by the company. The customer's personal data may even be used by companies in the same group as AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik to ensure fulfilment of the purchasing agreement and for marketing purposes by the company.

Excerpt from the personal data register
If you, as a customer, have entered into an agreement as a private individual, you are entitled to request and obtain your records once a year without cost.  An excerpt of your records shows the information about you that is stored with us.  To obtain you records, please send a signed request to the postal address stated above.  If the information we have about you is faulty, incomplete or misleading we will, of course, rectify it.

Deregistering customer data:
You, as a customer, are entitled to have your customer data removed upon written and signed request, with the exception of data needed by AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik in order to maintain accepted accounting principles.

§14. Miscellaneous
Report to the police 
AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik reports all fraud and fraud attempts to the police.

Discrepancies between different publications
In the event of differences between information on the website and in other publications, the information published on the website will prevail.  However, this does not apply to data that is obviously incorrect or misleading when comparing the different publications.

Intellectual property, logotypes and trademarks
All material published on the site, including software, logotypes, audio files, trademarks, as well as text and images, is protected intellectual property.  This means that the material may not be used without the permission of the copyright holder and the material may not be copied or otherwise transferred to third parties without the expressed permission of AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik. Any violations are reported.

Purpose of this information
All information on the website, regardless of format, is published solely for informational purposes for visitors to be able to use the website. AB Stenströms Skjortfabrik is thus not responsible for any consequences or damages that may occur if this information is used for any purpose other than the above.
