How to measure
If you're not sure what size to choose, place your favorite garment flat, measure it and compare with the measurements of the garment you want to purchase. Choose the size that matches best. See our instructions for each garment type.
Shirts
A. Collar size/ Size
Men´s collar size: measure your own neck tightly below the Adam´s apple. Put one finger between the measuring tape and the neck for the right measurement.
B. Chest
Measure the chest width under the armhole. Multiply by 2.
C. Waist
Measure the width of the waist at the narrowest point of the shirt. Multiply by 2.
D. Bottom
Measure the width at the bottom of the shirt. Multiply by 2.
E. Back length
Measure from the lower edge of the collar, down the back to the end of the shirt.
F. Sleeve length
Measure from the middle of the neck, along the top of the sleeve until the sleeve ends (include cuff).
Knitwear & Sweatshirts
B. Chest
Measure the chest width under the armhole. Multiply by 2.
C. Waist
Measure the width of the waist at the narrowest point of the garment. Multiply by 2.
D. Bottom
Measure the width at the bottom of the garment. Multiply by 2.
E. Back length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, down the back to the end of the garment.
F. Sleeve length
Measure from the middle of the neck, along the top of the sleeve until the sleeve ends (include cuff/rib).
Polo shirts
B. Chest
Measure the chest width under the armhole. Multiply by 2.
C. Waist
Measure the width of the waist at the narrowest point of the garment. Multiply by 2.
D. Bottom
Measure the width at the bottom of the garment. Multiply by 2.
E. Back length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, down the back to the end of the garment.
F. Sleeve length
Measure from the middle of the neck, along the top of the sleeve until the sleeve ends.
T-Shirts
B. Chest
Measure the chest width under the armhole. Multiply by 2.
C. Waist
Measure the width of the waist at the narrowest point of the garment. Multiply by 2.
D. Bottom

Measure the inseam of the leg from the crotch seam to the end of the leg.
Shorts
C. Waist
Measure the width of the waist at the narrowest point of the garment. Multiply by 2.
D. Bottom
Measure the width at the bottom of the leg. Multiply by 2.
G. Inseam
