1. General

Stenströms Members is a loyalty program provided by Stenströms to reward our loyal customers. By registering as a member, you accept these terms and conditions. Membership is available only to individuals aged 18 or older and is valid exclusively for purchases made on stenstroms.com.

2. Membership

Membership is personal, free of charge, and non-transferable. To join, you must create an account on stenstroms.com. Discounts and benefits are for personal use only. Stenströms reserves the right to terminate memberships at any time. Memberships are market-specific, meaning each individual can have only one membership per market. If you relocate or wish to change markets, please contact customer service to transfer your account. Points can be transferred between markets when facilitated by customer service.

Member Points: Valid for 12 months from the date of earning. After this period, they expire automatically and cannot be restored. Member points determine your membership level.

Bonus Points: Do not expire but are redeemed annually for bonus vouchers. When a bonus voucher is issued, the corresponding points are deducted from your bonus balance without affecting your membership level.

4. Membership Levels

Membership levels are based on the total Member points earned:

Member: 0–1,500 points

Plus Member: 1,500–10,000 points

Premium Member: Over 10,000 points

5. Vouchers and Bonus Payments

Members are eligible to receive a voucher once per year, based on their Bonus points balance. To qualify, you must have earned at least 2,000 Bonus points.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be used according to offers available for your membership level. Stenströms reserves the right to adjust the value or validity of points at any time.

7. Membership Purchases

To ensure points are accrued on purchases, you must be logged into your account or use your registered email at checkout.

8. Communication and Consent

By joining Stenströms Members, you consent to receiving communication via email and SMS. These communications may include updates on your membership status, points balance, benefits, and exclusive offers. You may opt out of these communications at any time.

9. Termination of Membership

You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting customer service. Stenströms reserves the right to terminate memberships if there is suspicion of misuse or violation of these terms. Upon termination, all earned points and unused vouchers will be forfeited.

10. Personal Data

Stenströms processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By becoming a member, you consent to the use of your data to enhance your experience and provide personalized offers.

11. Limitation of Liability

Stenströms is not responsible for technical issues or events beyond our control that affect the availability of the loyalty program or your earned points. We reserve the right to modify these terms or discontinue the program at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on stenstroms.com.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Disputes related to the membership program should first be addressed with our customer service. If unresolved, disputes may be settled in Swedish general courts.
